Nadolol

Mechanism of action:

Nadolol is a non-selective β-adrenergic blocker. Nadolol antagonizes both β₁ and β₂ receptors. For example, blockade of β₁ receptors in the heart reduces myocardial contractility and cardiac output, while blockade of β₂ receptors in the airways can cause bronchoconstriction.
