Sunitinib

Mechanism of action:

Sunitinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptors), as well as PDGFR-a and PDGFR-b (platelet-derived growth factor receptors), thereby suppressing tumor angiogenesis.
