Albendazole

阿苯達唑

Mechanism of action:

Albendazole 能與寄生蟲細胞內的微管蛋白(β-tubulin)結合,抑制微管的聚合形成,導致細胞骨架功能喪失、葡萄糖吸收受阻與能量耗竭,最終使寄生蟲死亡。此作用相較於寄生蟲細胞,對宿主細胞之微管功能影響較低。
