Alfentanil

阿芬太尼

Mechanism of action:

Alfentanil 是一種鴉片類藥物（opioid），與中樞神經系統內的 μ-阿片受體（μ-opioid receptor）結合，會抑制多種神經傳導物質的釋放，如 P 物質（substance P）、γ-胺基丁酸（GABA）、多巴胺（dopamine）、乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）、正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）等，以阻止腦與脊髓中的痛覺傳導，並提高痛覺閾值與降低對疼痛的反應。
