氨苄西林
Mechanism of action:
Ampicillin 會和細菌的青黴素結合蛋白(penicillin-binding proteins,PBPs)結合,抑制轉肽酶(transpeptidase)的活性,阻斷肽聚醣(peptidoglycan)鏈之間的交聯,導致細胞壁結構不完整,使細菌在滲透壓作用下膨脹破裂而死亡。
