Mechanism of action:
Argatroban 是一種直接性凝血酶抑制劑（direct thrombin inhibitor）。Argatroban 可逆性地與凝血酶（thrombin）的活性位點結合，抑制凝血酶將纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）轉化為纖維蛋白（fibrin）。
