Atomoxetine

阿托莫西汀

Mechanism of action:

Atomoxetine 是一種選擇性正腎上腺素回收抑制劑（selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor）。透過選擇性抑制突觸前神經末梢的正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter），使正腦上腺素無法回收，而在突觸間隙的濃度增加，進而增強其對前額葉皮質與注意力與衝動控制相關神經迴路的調節作用。
