Darifenacin
達非那辛
Mechanism of action:
Darifenacin 是一種抗膽鹼分子（anticholinergic agent），屬於選擇性 M₃ 型毒蕈鹼受體拮抗劑（selective M₃ muscarinic receptor antagonist）。在膀胱逼尿肌中，當乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）與 M₃ 受體結合時，會促進平滑肌收縮，引發排尿反射。Darifenacin 透過 拮抗 M₃ 受體，抑制乙醯膽鹼的作用，能減少逼尿肌的非自願性收縮。
