Donepezil

多奈哌齊

Mechanism of action:

Donepezil 是一種中樞型乙醯膽鹼酯酶抑制劑（centrally acting acetylcholinesterase inhibitor）。Donepezil 能可逆性抑制中樞神經系統中的乙醯膽鹼酯酶，阻止乙醯膽鹼在突觸間被分解，之後讓突觸間乙醯膽鹼濃度上升，增強神經元間的膽鹼性傳導（cholinergic neurotransmission）。
