Eprosartan

Mechanism of action:
Eprosartan 是一種血管張力素 II 受體阻斷劑（angiotensin II receptor blocker）。血管張力素 II 與 AT₁ 受體結合時，會引起強烈的血管平滑肌收縮。Eprosartan 則會拮抗 AT₁ 受體，使週邊血管放鬆，週邊阻力下降，降低血管收縮訊號所造成的血流動力學負荷。
