Etanercept

Mechanism of action:
Etanercept 是一種腫瘤壞死因子抑制劑（tumor necrosis factor inhibitor），為可溶性腫瘤壞死因子受體融合蛋白（soluble TNF receptor-Fc fusion protein）。Etanercept 由人類腫瘤壞死因子（tumor necrosis factor，TNF）受體 p75（TNFR2）的胞外結構域與抗體 IgG1 的 Fc 片段融合而成。可高親和力結合 TNF-α 與 TNF-β（lymphotoxin-α），阻止 TNF 與細胞表面 TNF 受體結合。這能抑制下游發炎訊號傳導，使發炎性細胞激素（如 IL-1、IL-6）、趨化因子的誘導與釋放相關路徑受到抑制。
