Folic acid

葉酸

Mechanism of action:

Folic acid 是維生素 B₉,在 DNA 合成、細胞分裂與造血功能中扮演重要角色。Folic acid 進入體內後,先由二氫葉酸還原酶(dihydrofolate reductase)還原為二氫葉酸(dihydrofolic acid),再進一步轉化為四氫葉酸(tetrahydrofolic acid)。四氫葉酸及其衍生物可參與嘌呤(purine)合成、胸苷酸(dTMP)合成、胺基酸代謝等。
