Indapamide

吲達帕胺

Mechanism of action:

Indapamide 是一種噻𠯤類利尿劑（thiazide-like diuretic）。Indapamide 主要作用於腎臟遠曲小管，抑制 Na⁺/Cl⁻ 共運輸蛋白（Na⁺/Cl⁻ cotransporter），減少鈉與氯離子重新吸收，促進鈉與水分排出，降低血容量與心輸出量，使循環負荷與週邊血管阻力下降。
