Lansoprazole
蘭索拉唑
Mechanism of action:
Lansoprazole 是一種質子幫浦抑制劑（proton pump inhibitor）。Lansoprazole 進入胃壁細胞後，在高度酸性的分泌小管內轉化為活性次磺醯胺（sulfenamide）形式。活性型 lansoprazole 會與胃壁細胞頂端膜上的氫鉀幫浦（H⁺/K⁺-ATPase）共價鍵結，阻斷氫離子分泌到胃腔中，抑制胃酸分泌。
