Lenvatinib

樂伐替尼

Mechanism of action:

Lenvatinib 是一種小分子多重酪胺酸激酶抑制劑（multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor）。Lenvatinib 對於 VEGFR1~3、FGFR1~4 等受體的酪胺酸激酶（tyrosine kinase）具有抑制作用，阻斷這些受體後，能抑制腫瘤新生血管形成、降低腫瘤血流與氧氣供應，並抑制與增殖、存活相關的下游訊號傳遞。
