洛美沙星
Mechanism of action:
Lomefloxacin 是第二代氟喹諾酮類(fluoroquinolone)抗生素,屬於 DNA 旋轉酶(DNA gyrase,細菌的拓撲異構酶 II,topoisomerase II)的抑制劑。Lomefloxacin 會與 DNA 旋轉酶-DNA 複合體結合,使 DNA 旋轉酶產生的斷裂 DNA 無法被重新接合,導致DNA 斷裂累積,DNA 複製與轉錄停止,最終細菌死亡。(亦可抑制拓撲異構酶 IV,topoisomerase IV)
