Micafungin

Mechanism of action:
Micafungin 是一種棘白菌素類抗真菌劑（echinocandin antifungal）。Micafungin 能抑制 β-(1,3)-D-葡聚醣合成酶（β-(1,3)-D-glucan synthase），此酵素生成的 β-(1,3)-D-葡聚醣（β-(1,3)-D-glucan）是真菌細胞壁的成分之一。Micafungin 的抑制作用會使 β-(1,3)-D-葡聚醣無法生成，導致真菌細胞會變得脆弱，不堪滲透壓變化。
