米替福新
Mechanism of action:
Miltefosine 是一種磷脂類烷基磷酸膽鹼(alkylphosphocholine)衍生物。 Miltefosine 能插入寄生蟲細胞膜,使寄生蟲的膜結構不穩定、膜通透性異常、離子平衡受破壞,導致寄生蟲對滲透壓與氧化壓力更脆弱。Miltefosine 也會抑制磷脂醯膽鹼生成(phosphatidylcholine biosynthesis),抑制蛋白激酶 C(protein kinase C)的活性等,讓寄生蟲生長停滯與細胞功能失調。
