Modafinil

莫達非尼

Mechanism of action:

Modafinil 是一種二苯甲基亞磺醯胺乙醯胺（diphenylmethylsulfinylacetamide）衍生物。Modafinil 的確切機轉尚未完全明瞭，但已知 modafinil 會阻斷多巴胺轉運蛋白（dopamine transporter），使突觸間隙多巴胺濃度上升；也能增加藍斑核（locus coeruleus）的正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）活性。
