Nadolol

納多洛爾

Mechanism of action:

Nadolol 是一種非選擇性 β 腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（non-selective β-adrenergic blocker）。Nadolol 會同時拮抗 β₁ 與 β₂ 受體，比如心臟的 β₁ 受體，使減少心肌收縮力、降低心輸出量；呼吸道的 β₂ 受體，引起支氣管收縮。
