Ofatumumab

奧法妥木單抗

Mechanism of action:

Ofatumumab 是一種第一代抗 CD20 IgG1 單株抗體（anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody）。Ofatumumab 的標靶為 B 細胞表面的 CD20 抗原。Ofatumumab 與 CD20 結合後，其 Fc 區段會吸引補體蛋白 C1q，啟動補體級聯反應，形成膜攻擊複合體（membrane attack complex，MAC），導致 B 細胞膜破裂與死亡。
