Orciprenaline/Metaproterenol

Mechanism of action:
Orciprenaline 是一種支氣管擴張劑（bronchodilator），屬於選擇性 β₂-腎上腺素受體促效劑（selective β₂-adrenergic receptor agonist）。Orciprenaline 能活化呼吸道平滑肌上的 β₂-腎上腺素受體，藉由 Gs 蛋白偶聯，活化腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase），使 cAMP 上升，降低細胞質鈣離子濃度，使支氣管平滑肌放鬆。
