聚乙二醇

Mechanism of action:

Polyethylene glycol 是一種滲透性瀉劑（osmotic laxative），屬於高分子量聚醚類聚合物（polyether polymer）。Polyethylene glycol 的作用為物理性滲透作用。Polyethylene glycol 具有高度親水性，能透過氫鍵與水分子結合，使水分保留在腸道腔內，增加腸內容物的含水量。
