Quazepam

夸西泮

Mechanism of action:

Quazepam 是一種苯二氮平類(benzodiazepine)衍生物。Quazepam 結合於中樞神經系統 GABA_A 受體上的苯二氮平結合位點,以增強 GABAergic 的抑制作用。當 GABA 與這些受體結合時,氯離子(Cl⁻)通道開啟,使神經元膜超極化(hyperpolarization),導致神經元興奮性下降,降低邊緣系統與大腦皮質的過度活化。
