Regorafenib

瑞格非尼

Mechanism of action:

Regorafenib 是一種多重酪胺酸激酶抑制劑（multiple tyrosine kinase inhibitor）。Regorafenib 可抑制多個血管內皮生長相關受體，包括 VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3、TIE2 等，進而抑制血管內皮細胞增殖與新生血管形成，降低腫瘤血流與營養供應。
