Sucralfate

硫糖鋁

Mechanism of action:

Sucralfate 是一種硫酸蔗糖鋁複合物（sulfated sucrose-aluminum complex）。Sucralfate 在胃的低 pH 值環境下會解離並聚合，形成高度黏稠、帶負電的膠狀物質。該膠狀物會與潰瘍底部暴露的蛋白質結合，在潰瘍表面形成一層保護性覆蓋膜。
