Telmisartan

替米沙坦

Mechanism of action:

Telmisartan 是一種血管張力素 II 受體阻斷劑（angiotensin II receptor blocker）。血管張力素 II（angiotensin II）原本會透過 AT₁ 受體促使血管平滑肌收縮，使血壓上升。Telmisartan 阻斷 AT₁ 受體後，使週邊血管擴張，降低全身血管阻力，降低血管張力素 II 介導的升壓訊號。
