Tigecycline

替加環素

Mechanism of action:

Tigecycline 是一種四環黴素類抗生素（tetracycline antibiotic）。Tigecycline 能可逆性結合於細菌核糖體的 30S 亞基，阻止氨醯-tRNA（aminoacyl-tRNA）與 mRNA-核糖體複合體結合，使新的胺基酸無法加入肽鏈，導致蛋白質無法生成。
