Tocilizumab

托珠單抗

Mechanism of action:

Tocilizumab 是一種人源化抗白介素-6 受體的單株抗體（humanized monoclonal antibody）。Tocilizumab 可同時結合膜型 IL-6 受體（mIL-6R）與可溶型 IL-6 受體（sIL-6R），使 IL-6 無法與該受體結合，導致下游訊號傳遞中斷，包括 JAK-STAT、MAPK 等促發炎反應訊息路徑。
