Undecylenic acid

Undecylenic acid 是一種不飽和脂肪酸類抗真菌劑（unsaturated fatty acid antifungal agent），屬於十一碳的脂肪酸（11-carbon monounsaturated fatty acid）。Undecylenic acid 具有脂溶性，可嵌入真菌細胞（特別是皮癬菌，dermatophytes）膜中的脂質層，改變膜的流動性與通透性，導致細胞內離子與小分子外洩，使真菌生長受阻或失去活性。
