Verapamil

維拉帕米

Mechanism of action:

Verapamil 是一種鈣離子通道阻斷劑（calcium channel blocker），屬於苯烷基胺類（phenylalkylamine）衍生物。Verapamil 能抑制心肌與心臟傳導系統中的 L 型鈣離子通道（L-type calcium channel），使細胞質的鈣離子濃度下降，降低心肌細胞收縮力，抑制房室結傳導，降低心肌耗氧量。
