沃拉帕沙

Mechanism of action:

Vorapaxar 是一種血小板蛋白酶活化受體-1 拮抗劑（protease-activated receptor-1 antagonist）。Vorapaxar 會選擇性拮抗蛋白酶活化受體-1（protease-activated receptor-1），阻止凝血酶（thrombin）與該受體結合所啟動的血小板活化。
