Zolpidem
唑吡坦
Mechanism of action:
Zolpidem 是一種咪唑並吡啶類（imidazopyridine）衍生物。Zolpidem 會結合於 GABA_A 受體上的苯二氮平結合位點，但對含 α₁ 亞基的受體具有高度選擇性（BZ₁/ω₁）。在 GABA 與該受體結合的情況下，zolpidem 會增加氯離子通道開啟頻率，使氯離子流入神經元，導致細胞膜超極化（hyperpolarization），加強抑制中樞神經活動。
