Ambenonium

Mechanism of action:
Ambenonium is a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It inhibits the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the synaptic cleft, thereby increasing the concentration of acetylcholine (ACh) at the neuromuscular junction and prolonging its duration of action.
