Beclomethasone

Mechanism of action:
Beclomethasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid. It suppresses inflammatory responses through activation of the intracellular glucocorticoid receptor (GR), regulating gene expression and inhibiting the transcription of pro-inflammatory genes such as IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, and COX-2.
