Daclizumab

Mechanism of action:

Daclizumab is a monoclonal antibody. Daclizumab specifically binds to the interleukin-2 receptor α chain (IL-2Rα, also known as CD25), blocking IL-2 from binding to the receptor and thereby inhibiting T cell proliferation and activation.
