Danazol

Mechanism of action:
Danazol is a derivative of 17α-ethinyl testosterone. Danazol suppresses the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the anterior pituitary, leading to reduced ovarian production of estrogen and progesterone.
