Dosulepin

Mechanism of action:

Dosulepin is a tricyclic antidepressant. Dosulepin inhibits the reuptake of serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine by presynaptic neurons, increasing their concentrations within the synaptic cleft. This helps regulate central neurotransmission related to mood.
