Etodolac

Mechanism of action:
Etodolac is a relatively selective COX-2 inhibitor. Etodolac inhibits the activity of cyclooxygenase (COX), particularly COX-2, blocking prostaglandin synthesis and thereby reducing prostaglandin signaling associated with inflammation and pain sensitization.
