Etoricoxib

Mechanism of action:

Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor. Etoricoxib primarily inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)-mediated conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins, thereby reducing prostaglandin signaling associated with inflammation, pain sensitization, and fever responses.
