Etravirine


Mechanism of action:

Etravirine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Etravirine binds to a hydrophobic allosteric site on viral reverse transcriptase, reducing its activity and thereby decreasing the efficiency of viral reverse transcription.
