Fadrozole
Mechanism of action:
Fadrozole is a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. Fadrozole binds to the active site of aromatase and inhibits the conversion of androstenedione and testosterone into estradiol and estrone, lowering circulating estrogen levels and reducing estrogen receptor-related proliferative signaling.
