Fenoterol

Mechanism of action:

Fenoterol is a short-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist. Fenoterol activates β₂-adrenergic receptors on bronchial smooth muscle, increasing adenylyl cyclase activity and raising intracellular cAMP concentration, which leads to bronchial smooth muscle relaxation.
