Fexofenadine

Mechanism of action:

Fexofenadine is a second-generation H₁ receptor antagonist. Fexofenadine selectively antagonizes peripheral H₁ histamine receptors, thereby suppressing histamine-induced allergic responses, reducing vascular permeability, inhibiting neural stimulation, and lowering other physiological responses associated with allergy.
