Flurbiprofen

Mechanism of action:

Flurbiprofen is a propionic acid derivative. Flurbiprofen inhibits cyclooxygenase, including COX-1 and COX-2, thereby blocking the conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins and reducing prostaglandin-mediated inflammatory signaling, pain sensitization, and fever responses.
