Ketorolac

Mechanism of action:

Ketorolac is a pyrroloacetic acid derivative. It inhibits cyclooxygenase, including COX-1 and COX-2, thereby blocking the conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins and reducing prostaglandin-mediated inflammatory signaling and pain sensitization.
