Ledipasvir

Mechanism of action:

Ledipasvir is a hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5A inhibitor. NS5A is a multifunctional nonstructural protein involved in the formation of the viral RNA replication complex as well as viral particle assembly and maturation. After binding to NS5A, ledipasvir disrupts its normal function, thereby inhibiting both viral RNA replication and viral particle assembly.
