Lenvatinib

Mechanism of action:
Lenvatinib is a small-molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Lenvatinib inhibits the tyrosine kinase activity of receptors such as VEGFR1-3 and FGFR1-4. By blocking these receptors, it suppresses tumor angiogenesis, reduces tumor blood flow and oxygen supply, and inhibits downstream signaling pathways involved in proliferation and survival.
