Mirabegron

Mechanism of action:

Mirabegron is a β₃-adrenergic agonist. When mirabegron activates β₃ receptors on the detrusor muscle of the bladder, it stimulates the Gs protein-cAMP signaling pathway, promoting detrusor relaxation and reducing detrusor overactivity.
