Nilutamide

Mechanism of action:

Nilutamide is a non-steroidal antiandrogen. Its main action is to block androgen receptor function, preventing receptor activation and thereby suppressing the expression of genes involved in growth promotion, anti-apoptosis, metabolism, differentiation, invasion, and metastasis.
